We hired SalesLeap because rather than offering for us to hire them to run an outsourced Sales Development Representative (SDR) function, they would put us through through training and enablement program, helping us step by step to stand up our own program instead. Basically, it’s the difference between buying someone a fish and teaching them to fish. Their program has a good structure and flow, and is well organized for week-by-week progress. Fair warning, this is definitely one of those “you get out of it what you put into it” kind of things. If building out an SDR function is a priority, then doing it with the SalesLeap program is important. But if you are not prepared to invest management time in this effort, you probably shouldn’t go down this road towards in-house capabilities in the first place!
